Decrease the frequency and latency?

Your CPU is more than capable of running 2400 stickss and 1.65 is perfectly acceptable, 1.5 is pointed at 1600 sticks, Intel certifies DRAM right up through 3000+ and the bulk of it is 1.65 sticks in the 2133 and up area...But to answer your specific question, can drop these to 1600/7 or 8 at 1.5 - as said though, no need, might as well use what you paid for ;)

Ok, but while doing my setup in http://pcpartpicker.com/ site, I was prompted with the following message:

G.Skill Trident X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V Intel Haswell CPU exceeds the recommended maximum of +5% 1.5V (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the maximum recommended Intel.

Why I got this doubt. So this information is false? thank you

That's based on Intels recommended 1600 DRAm which is the CPUs native freq, I wouldn't suggest 1.65 for 1600 sticks (fact is about 90% of all 1600 is 1.5 or less), but going up to 2133 and up usually requires 1.6-1.65 to run, which is why Intel started certifying the sticks

Ok thanks for your explanation. Now everything is clear for me.
