OK, so I turned off the system last night normally, woke up and found it wouldn't turn on at all. No beep, no fans, nothing. Tried unplugging it for an hour, removing almost everything in an effort for the boot failure beeps. Tried another PSU, nothing.

Have any suggestions?

System Build:
CPU: Phenom II X4 820
Motherboard: Foxconn A78AX 3.0
RAM: 4x2GB Elipsa 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC RAM
GPU: MSI R7 Radeon 260X 2GB OC
Power Suppy: Coolmax V-600 (Tried with a old 300W Corsair builder without the GPU in an effort for any sign of life)
2x250GB HDDs

Any ideas?

If the AC outlet is fine then the next component would be the PSU (try with a known good PSU) and after that the motherboard.

One other thing comes to mind. Make sure that the 24-pins and the 8-pins connectors are fully mated and the latches engaged.

I have tried two PSUs, one the one I use, a Coolmax V-600, and a Corsair Builder 300W 80+ Bronze.

The motherboard... Well... Its could be, I've heard a few reports of failures, but very few. I was more worried about my PSU, which is still kicking.
Anyway to test the motherboard without another computer?

No way for users to test a motherboard except by installing a new one.
