Which is better gigabyte 750 ti windforce 2x oc edition or 660 gigabyte windforce 2x??

Amd fx-6300 or i5-4440??

I want to play games like watch dogs -bf4- batman dark knight-assassin creed 4

I have the AMD only because of budget problems. However, it does have 6 cores which can be used for streaming games and such, if you're looking to game only then get the i5-4440. AMD also overclocks better and your i5 is not a k version which means it can't be overclocked. The 660 is definitely better than the 750 ti but not by much.
