Looks good, though would up the PSU to a 600 with at least 42 AMPS on the 12 volt line, the Rosewill would prob work OK but would be nice to have some headroom

looks good, but don't overclock aggressively since you only have 550 watts of PSU you may reach its system temps limit that will leads to a unstable system
