Recently I had bought ESO and started playing on the high difficulty with no FPS lag of any sort, I log on yesterday only to find out i'm running around all skitchy like, dropped my settings and still had the same problem. Long story short, my graphics card is Effed up and the only thing showing in my "device manager" is my Intel HD4000, while I had a built in NVIDIA 630 in my laptop, had this bad boy for almost 2 years now and don't think the card is already shot. Tried to install different drivers and keep getting the message "install intel drivers" when the darn thing is already installed, even tried re installing it and gave me some error, not sure whats going on but id like to get help for my graphics card so I can go back to gaming, if there's anyone who could help I can get into serious detail about my problem

Thanks.

It looks like your GT630 worked OK for a while. I'm not sure if all games are compatible with HD4000. It might work if you drop all the detail and run low resolution. I'd be looking for a replacement for the GT630.

well the thing is that its now listed as "other devices" inside my device manager, like i have no idea what had happened to it, I even ran WoW and I went from 80 FPS down to 35 average. The only card that is working is my default intel. I can't even re-install NVIDIA drivers because its giving me errors.

Can you borrow another card and try it out? It might point to your 630 as being faulty.

OK didn't know what make and model laptop we're talking about. Then you'd need another complete motherboard. So no go. Next I'd see if I could get it repaired. If not then look at your budget.
