My became blue and it say critical process died

I was recovering my pc suudenly it shut down itself , and when i on it , it became light blue and critical process died . It keeps restarting and restarting . What i goona do , go to the shop and ask him to format or anything i can do . Can the shop backup my local disk D couse there got my important personal item ?

backing up the disk should not be a problem. they can just take it out and put it in another machine and copy over the data.

you could try running system repair from the disk or by hitting f8 on boot (i think it is f8, could be f5 or something)

Blue screen usually means graphics card problem eg overheating. If you bought it pre-built and just recently, then phone them and take it back for them to check and probably replace or at least re-seat the graphics card.

bluescreen can be any number of problems relating to a whole variety of different parts. it most definitely is not mostly caused by the gpu, even if your gpu was causing you bluescreens

yeah, he could try a repair/recovery himself or back up the hard drive himself and install an operating system himself

none if this is hard.
