Hi, I recently purchased and added a GTX 760 SC to my rig, which is
- i7 3770k 3.5ghz CPU
- 16gb of ram
- 750 Watt Power Supply
-SSD to capture/record
-HDD to run Game

This rig can run games with amazing amounts of FPS, but when I hit that record button for ANY software, it goes down to 40 no matter what.
It seems as if it can go WAY above that, like atleast 60. I honestly don't know what to do at this point, I tried overclocking it with precisionX and all that stuff, still 40. My writing speed for the SSD is around 90 mb/sec.I've also seen some youtuber record at 120fps stable using the same EXACT card that I have, plus his rig is even worse then mine. EVGA customer service just preach about how to protect your card.

Please help, thanks
-Jonathan

I've tried using Fraps, Action, DxTory, same exact fps.

i had this problem with fraps when it caused stutter and low fps so i switched to shadowplay. the shadowplay is perfect no low fps or w.e you should try it out

Amazing recording software for other games, but what about Minecraft? Nvidia hasn't resolved the issue with that, yes you can record it, but not in fullscreen which somewhat bothers me. Do you know anything about the Nvidia GPU settings that I can change that might ''unlock'' it?
