Hello, I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support and would like to offer our assistance. The KVR800D2N6/2G memory is compatible with your motherboard. If you are installing it with other memory then make sure they are inserted in the proper slots according to your motherboard manual's recommendation. Matched pairs of memory should be installed in the yellow and black paired slots. If you are adding one 2GB module to your existing memory make sure that what you have is installed in one pair of slots and install the single 2GB of memory in the other pair of slots. If the memory is still not recognized, try the 2GB module by itself in the DIMM_A1 slot closest to the CPU. If it does not work by itself the memory module may be faulty.
