hello,i am looking for a decent gaming computer for my first build with 8 gb of ram, 500 or 1tb hard drive,and a decent cpu and a graphics card.i wouldnt mind going over budget but nothing 700 any help would be appreciated lol

In US dollars 450 - 500 would not get you very far, 700 might, if you plan on upgrading down the line.
I would just recommend saving up until you get around the 900 - 1200 mark, that's basically where the sweetspot is.

But, at $700 you can still have a decent, capable machine that can do gaming, but not at the highest settings.

You could however swap out the R9 270X with a 760, but it'll make it so you are reaching your absolute limit for your budget.

yes im planning on upgrading later,i just want to start of with something decent lol and i dont mind spending a little more just dont want to go all out just yet lol

With what I've given you should be able to do most gaming pretty well.
It's also upgradable, you could upgrade the GPU or CPU when you see needed.
