Hi guys,

Until 1 week ago, I was playing most of the games like L4D2, League of Legends, DOTA2, Payday2, No More Room in Hell in the highest graphic settings. But i remember I changed one option from my AMD VISION Engine Control Center, (a setting named "Use application settings") and a time passed, my games started to lag hard in graphics, I was playing 1920x1080 but now I started to play in like 1280x720. I don't know why did this started. I would be really happy if you help me.

(I tried to update my Graphic card, nothing changes.)

My specs:

ASUS EAH6670 Series (AMD) - AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x6758)
AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs, ~4.0GHz)
4096MB (4GB) RAM
DireectX 11

What is your power supply? Also, can you restore the amd vision control center back to default settings?

jnewegger thanks, I will try that and how can i learn my power supply? I can't open my case (Desktop, i forgot to say.)

13thmonkey, I built my computer with a friend who has a knowledge so it was not included; I bought it and put it into my case. My english isn't good enough so I don't know what you meant by discrete.

You will have to open your case to see what power supply you have. Discrete means a separate physical video card versus one that is "built in" to the cpu (you cannot see a physical card outside of the cpu; known as integrated). So a cpu with integrated graphics powers the video from the cpu and there is no physical outside card. A discrete or dedicated video card is physically visible on the motherboard separate from the cpu.

Did restoring to default settings correct your problem?
