Not so big difference in performance (0~5%), but cooling in second card is much better (10~20% quieter)

GPU in first link has single fan cooling and clocked slightly lower (1006MHz Base, 1072MHz Boost)
GPU in second link has dual fan cooling (Twin Frozr III) and clocked slightly higher. (1033MHz Base, 1098MHz Boost)

Second link GPU is better but it's old :)
