this is a pc server build for my friend that wanted my help so is it compatable?
case: Cooler Master Elite 130
motherboard: ASUS Z9PE-D8 WS
cpu: dual Intel Xeon E5-2620 v2
gpu: gtx 780
hdd: seagate 2 tb
cpu cooler: cooler master evo 212
psu: Corsair RM Series 850 Watt
ram: 16 gb kingston 1600mhz
blue ray writer.

No it isn't. The motherboard is a BIG dual-CPU, 7-slot board, but the case is a little mini-ITX. Very rare is the "server" that needs a high-end gaming card like the GTX780. You'll need to clarify your friend's intended uses.
