Looking at GPU fans

I have been looking around and have seen a few articles that the GTX 570 is only cooled by 3 heat pipes underneath. I believe that most of the heat in my case is because of my Video card. Right now I'm sitting at 30 C idle temperature on the browser typing this. My question is... Will I be able to install a GPU fan onto my Video card? Will I need to upgrade my power supply to support the GPU Fan? I'm also curious as to what would be the best fan choices to choose from that are affordable and that are compatible and don't need any redneck rigging to make it work.

Specs
Cooler Master HAF X
Cooler Master Seidon 240m
G.Skill Ares 4GB x4
EVGA Superclocked GTX 570 HD 1280mb
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM3+ AMD
AMD FB-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz 8-Core
Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 700W
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM
4x 200mm fans
1x 140mm fan
3x 120mm fans

There are many different brands that produce 570 coolers, so I'm not sure what kind yours has. If you have sufficient airflow in your case, the GPU won't affect the ambient temperature inside your case too much. Changing the GPU fan can be difficult, so it would probably require some modifications.

Ok thank you. I was not sure if it was my case set up or if my video card could make my cpu case run a little bit hotter then normal. I was just curious about if it would benefit me to put a GPU fan on my video card to enhance the cooling but the only things that I have found are people installing and having to modify the fan for it to fit but I'm not sure if it would benefit me or not. I would like my video card to run about 10 C cooler so that it doesn't wake the wife while playing. lol
