Check the driver tab. It should say no driver is installed if that is the issue.
If so, try running the driver installation pgm again. You may want to use the one you download from the MB site instead.

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
{Unable to Load Device Driver}
%hs device driver could not be loaded.
Error Status was 0x%x
That's what it says under the device status section in the General tab
So it's solved,as I said earlier the driver might be corrupted or missing(in this case corrupted if I'm not wrong),thus I updated the driver and chose the driver folder from "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" and everything works fine now.
Or you could have just downloaded the driver from the website and accomplished the same thing.
Nope,my case was different.Though I tried installing the chipset drivers many times,it still didn't work.My case was that the USB Root Hub (xHCI) drivers was missing or corrupted so I updated the driver with the right folder,and from then on I did several restarts and the ports all worked.And finally after many months,I got the solution.Thanks for your help anyway.And the problem got back today...
