Is sapphire r9 270x vapor x oc with boost compatible with cougar sl 600w power supply?

I'am going to build a system here's the spec I want to buy.

Motherboard - ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
Hard Drive - WESTERN DIGITAL 750GB
PowerSupply - HEC COUGAR SL-600W ATX PS
Processor - AMD FX-6300 6 Core Black Edition 3.5 GHZ
Memory - KINGSTON 4GB HYPERX DDR3 PC12800/1600MHz
Graphics Card -SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 256BIT OC WITH BOOST

You'd be better off with a quality 550W like this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb... This is made by Seasonic so it is very high quality.

EDIT: You should get at least 8GB RAM in the form of 2x4GB sticks, so it would be running in dual channel.

Thanks for the reply I'm planning to add another Kingston Hyper X 4gb later on my build. I don't have the budget to get another one right now cause I'm gonna use all my money on my build. Anyway can you explain the single channel and dual channel in memory ram thanks man.

It needs two 6 pin pcie connectors. The psu I reccomended has that. The psu isn't reliable because it is from an unknown brand. Most of the times they list 600w but in reality it can only do 400w safely.
