Good build but "CX" 750W PSU is not so good for GTX-Titan look at XFX, Seasonic, Antec or Corsair PSU (not CX or CS line)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Power Supply: XFX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (€92.58 @ Hardwareversand)
Total: €92.58
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

What's wrong with my choice? Couple of my friends use this and they say it works great.

That PSU has cheap capacitors and won't last long it can fail under heavy load, in my country it has biggest RMA rating. Overall it's up to you which PSU to buy, I've just suggested you best available PSU for your money. :)

I wouldn't get a Titan, even a 780 Ti could out match it in performance.
