Choosing the correct power supply and coolers for my custom computer

Okay so, this is the first time im trying to build my own custom gaming computer and im having problems picking a power supply and some coolers for it.I have chosen as a motherboard the asus z87-a,as a graphics card Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5 and for a cpu Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz 6MB Cache Quad-Core.What would be the recommended power supply and coolers for this combination?

if u are picking a non K processor, don't pick a z87 board, it's a waste of money. if u want to retain the board, pick i5-4670K. as for the psu, a good 80+ 650watt will do, e.g corsair TX650W, Seasonic G 650W.

what board should i get instead of a z87? i really suck at this
