Hey buddy I hope you are a srilankan! well, try to get a reasonable GPU like AMD HD 7770 through from amazon via Kapruka costs you approx 14500 /= !(buying in srilanka is expensive) And a 3rd gen processor like g3220 from redline or tech info @ Majestic city. and rest of the components you can buy it for a second hand!
the problem is, for 30,000 you cont get a good performance to support maya, 3d max etc....try to increase your budget to at least 8000-10,000 rupees
