I have a fx 8320 and I wish to overclock it to 4.0Ghz from 3.5Ghz in my cool master 912 plus, I have loads of fan inside there all running at high as possible... I am going to get a fan controller later on to sort that out... but I just wish to know will it run stable and at okay temps may room temp is about 24C if you need to know :p I will play games like skyrim if that matters and loads of others...

The only way to know if it will run stable is to try.
Based on your description you should be successful at overclocking, but we can't know by how much because each CPU is different.
