Hello people,

I would like to play Battlefield 4. I don't want it to run on ultra, low - medium is fine to me. These are the components of the system. I know it isn't a really good gaming system, but I just want to enjoy the Battlefield 4 game.

APU: amd 7850K
RAM: Mushkin 4GB DDR3-2133
OS: Windows 8.1

As mentioned before, I just want to be able to play it. A suitable 30 frames per second on medium.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
at 1280x720 you should be able to crank the settings up to about medium/high at above 30 FPS avg.

In this video the settings are at medium at 1080p with an avg of 27 FPS in multiplayer.

If I were you I wouldn't set my expectations too high, the AMD 7850k is surely the strongest APU ever seen, however the development of the APUs has not yet achieved the power to run 'demanding' games at reasonable resolutions (1920x1080) and settings (above medium).
this is the system specs
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz, AMD Athlon X2 2.8 GHz or better
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows Vista SP2 32-Bit (with KB971512 System Update)
Video Card: 512 MB AMD Radeon HD 3870 / NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or better
Free Disk Space: 30 GB

you are able to play it but the performance will vary.

Yes, but as I said before, I am not expecting too much. I just would like to play the game. Low settings are fine for me.

I knew APUs had GPU but i never thought the gpu inside of it was THAT powerful (hell i have a 7750 and his sole CPU is the same) are you sure that it will give same performance than a CPU+GPU? i am VERY ignorant regarding APUs (they don't have good fame either...)

In regards to this comment:

the iGPU may be a 7730 but has the power of a a lot less plus the the CPU is a lot weaker than even the phenom ii 965. SO in reality the equivalent is around a 7350 GPU with a Phenom 840 CPU or less. the thing some seem to forget is that the CPU also helps the GPU in the APU aspect which hurts the CPU performance. basically and in lame mans terms lowers the CPU power.

still at this point my OLD HD- 5770 still out performs the iGPU on the amd A-10 7850. I'll put my secondary system up against and A-10 any day and it will win. the spec are in my sig.

And you will be able to do just that. You can even pair the iGPU with a R7 250 for even better performance in the future or getting an even better dedicated GPU and disable the iGPU. The CPU of the AMD 7850k is still a nice entry level CPU that will allow you to get some great performance.

Good luck. :)
