laptop screen black and want transfer data from old laptop to New laptop.....

My laptop screen is black laptop boots but screen doesn't show anything so how could I transfer that laptop data to my new laptop????

buy an external drive enclosure, take the drive out of the old laptop, put it in the enclosure, hook it up to new pc, copy stuff off.
