Graphic card not working only in my computer :-(

I just bought a XFX radeon HD 6670. It worked fine for 2 weeks.. Then i had a no-display problem... I checked it in 2 of my friend's computers 3 days each.. They have 250 watts and 350 watts psu. There it is working fine, only I am having problem.. It works some time randomly.. What may be the reason, ? What should i do?
My specs:
MB: asrock g31m-vs2
Ram: Transcend 2GB DDR2
PSU: Zebronic 450 watts
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5

Please help friends..

It may be either a PSU issue or a motherboard issue.

The HD 6670 graphics card requires 17 Amps (12 V rail) and a system power of 400 watts minimum.

It could be that the PCIe slot is dead. Do you have any other cards that you know work? If so, put them it the same slot as you are trying with the GPU, and see if they work. It the spare card doesn't work, there is a problem with the PCIe slot.
