I've tried three different HDMI cables, each time I try the computer loads but the screen appears to be pix-led and has bluish fuzzy streaks on it, specially when watching videos or playing games. I also don't seem to have any sound.

Can someone please help

was this a purchased PC? have you tried talking to the vendor, if you have warranty get talking to them in case there is something significant wrong.

That out of the way
What resolution of the screen you are using?
What resolution is windows running at?

Windows is running at 1900 x 1200 for windows and my screen.
I haven;t tried any games really.
Tried to plug it into a normal pc screen and it's still blue and disjointed picture,

talk to overclockers... the sooner after you brought it the better, no point telling them it started playing up a few months ago if you do need to talk to them.
