Printer, webcam, and mouse are not working

My apologies if I'm posting this on the wrong thread. This is all brand new to this Grandma.

We have a Compaq CQ58 we bought in Turkey. The Turkish HP Support is all in Turkish, which I haven't fully learned.

Our problem is that the computer isn't finding our printer, webcam, or the mouse (the one we connect to a port). I desperately need the printer and webcam. What can I do to fix this problem? Thanks.

Ok, how it all started ? Please try to explain something so that we could understand the situation.

For Webcam : You can try one thing : Hold Fn and press one of the function buttons (F1, F2 etc.) that has a web cam/camera (logo/pic)on it. That should turn it on hopefully.

Probably about 2 months ago the hand-held mouse we were using went on the blink. Sometimes it would work, sometimes not. Then it didn't work at all. Thinking it was the mouse, I tossed it in the trash. Then about 3 weeks ago we weren't able to use the camera for Skype. I have no idea why. One call it was working, and the next it wasn't. Now I'm unable to use the printer. I plug it in to the outlet and it turns on fine, but when I connect it to the printer it seems there is no connection.
