my first build, is my motherboard dead?

I swapped all of my parts into a new computer case,installed everything. My graphics card fans turn on.. so does my cpu fan. And my power suplly keeps my pc on constant.BUT my usb ports do not work and i have no display please help, thanks

Did you plug into the onboard graphics (motherboard VGA/DVI/HDMI) or through a GPU? did you hook up the front panel motherboard cables in the right slots? refer to the manual for that, USB ports for the front case panel at least need to be done that way. if the USB in the back wont work either (you tried them ALL?) see if you can connect a PS2 mouse or keyboard to use, to at least get into BIOS and update, or change settings as needed.

Yes ive tried all usb ports and completely shure my graphics card is connected to my monitor,also ive tried my front usb ports and they do not work either

And i have just reset the cmos.. same problem

Yes i have an apu. Ive tried that and i tried my old gt640 and it turned on but still no display or any usb ports working
