Can't open, click or delete file. It's an image or video, not sure which because I can't even right click it. As soon as I get near it my laptop freezes and I have to restart it. I've tried different file shredders, I've tried it in safe mode, I've tried to box select around it. Nothing works. I'm running windows 8.1 on an HP envy dv6.
