I need to replace my motherboard, how do i select a new one ?

My motherboard : Intel® Desktop Board DP55WB

Its microatx
It has got an LGA 1156 socket and i have an i5 processor 3.0ghz

I am using a,
zotac gtx 550 ti GPU
Corsair GS500 PSU
4GB DDR

If you don't want to reinstall the OS just get the same one.

Well the problem is this motherboard is out of date and is not in the market.

Here's some 1156 MB's on Amazon:

If I were in your shoes, I would get a LGA 1150 socket MB and future proof your self some. You would need to get a new CPU too. Your GTX 550 would work and maybe your memory would too. Don't know what memory you have except that you have 4GB.

EDIT:
Your PSU would most likely work OK too.
