Which is the best one?

I have a budget of 250 dollars.I intend to buy a card that will serve me well as i use my PC on a 1080p HDTV. The card im going to chosse must be able to play all major titles at 1080p atleast 1600*900 resolution. Which is the card which can meet my requirements? I play only racing,first person shooter and Assasin creed. And PSU i have 650 w. And do please suggest a low price cooling cabinet.

I would also recomend the gtx 760. i have a pny version of it and i have no trouble playing battlefield 4 on ultra. I play on 1920*1080 with a second monitor displaying server list. When im lucky i can get away with recording on ultra getting about 45 frames (sometimes) I am in love with this card and expect to get another one and run sli one day!
