Maybe you should include your actual budget, monitor resolution, and describe what other games you're going to run (if any).
My old 5570 could run BF4 on everything on Low at 60 frames, at 900p, so maybe that's what you mean when you're talking about BF4 at 60 frames.

Wow, i posted this before i done my research and asked a few people, i have planned to buy
MSI Radeon R9 280X ; £195

i allready have a case so im fine but can i make any downgrades to this to save money and still run BF4 at minimum 60fps

That build should handle BF4 very well. Just be sure to enable Mantle instead of DirectX 11 for a serious performance boost.

I have a 280x. Mantle is not ready for prime time yet even with the leaked 14.4 drivers which from what I can tell is just 14.3 with added support for the 295x2. AMD is supposedly releasing a WHQL driver this month to provide better optimization for more cards. We shall see.
