AMD FX-6300, 8 GB RAM, and an R9-270X would be a good place to start since BF4 supports Mantle.

Maybe you should include your actual budget, monitor resolution, and describe what other games you're going to run (if any).

My old 5570 could run BF4 on everything on Low at 60 frames, at 900p, so maybe that's what you mean when you're talking about BF4 at 60 frames.
There is not enough information, so before you ask, atleast put effort into your question.

Wow, i posted this before i done my research and asked a few people, i have planned to buy
MSI Radeon R9 280X ; £195
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 DDR3 ATX : £100
AMD FX 8350 Black Edition 8 Core Processor 4.00GHz Piledriver Socket AM3+ : £140
Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5 inch Basic SATA Solid State Drive : £100
Corsair 600W Builder Series CX Series CX 80+ Bronze ATX Power Supply : £50

That build should handle BF4 very well. Just be sure to enable Mantle instead of DirectX 11 for a serious performance boost.

I have a 280x. Mantle is not ready for prime time yet even with the leaked 14.4 drivers which from what I can tell is just 14.3 with added support for the 295x2. AMD is supposedly releasing a WHQL driver this month to provide better optimization for more cards. We shall see.
