I am upgrading my pc for gaming , but i am a bit tight on my budget.
I am thinking that as for now i would go for GTX 650 ti nd may be in another 3 years i would change my gpu to a much advanced one.

I mean i want to know that is it a good idea?
Would the GTX 650 Ti be able to handle the upcoming games at GD Adjusted settings?

or rather i should wait a bit more time and collect some more bucks and go for a very higher version, smthg like Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 270X VAPOR-X 2 GB DDR5

I would wait! Upgrading to a 650ti would be upgrading to a midrange card. I would save a little more and get a gtx 760. I have this card an i love it. Roughly $260 and with the option to go sli it is future proof. Hope this helped and good luck!

GD-Adjusted settings doesn't help, it's not like we're going to go to that site checking adjusted settings for every single game ever released. We can, however give you an idea of how the card should perform in a given game.
What monitor do you have? Spending 10k on a GPU should mean that you should be able to play in the max resolution your monitor supports. My own monitor is 1440x900 and games look blurry in all but the highest resolution.

As far as my own monitor is concerned, my GTX650 plays many games at good settings at 1440x900. However, if you want to use your GPU for 3 years to come, then get a GTX660 or GTX760.

Honestly if you want to be playing with the card you have for 3 years then i dont think 650 ti is a good choice.. It will be able to run games in the next 3 years but not that good. Like i said before i think waiting to get a 760 or better will be well worth the time and extra money.

Wait for a better GPU.
Spend once, spend good.
If you decide to buy a GTX760, make sure you have atleast a 600W PSU from some good company like Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic.
