Budget PSU recommendation for Sapphire280x Vapor-X TRI-X

Hi guys. I need a PSU recommendation for Sapphire 280x Vapor-X TRI-X.
My PC configuration is:

FX - 8350
Sapphire 280x Vapor-X TRI-X
10 GB Kingston Value Ram @ 1333hz ( 2x4 + 2x2 )
I heard it requires 2x8 pin slot.

The PSU is one place you never want to go "budget". The well being of the rest of your system will depend on its quality.
Having said that, I've found that Newegg's Rosewill line of PSUs to be very good quality at a low price. Most of them, anyway. Stay away from the low end models.
