I've tried every way but still have not been able to update. please help

Cpu : Amd FX 9370 4.40 gHz

If you have the bootable FW ISO. Try booting it in a system with an Intel chipset and see if it gives you the same issue. The ISO sometimes has compatibility issues with AMD controllers.

did you try different setting IDE/AHCI for DOS update?
Don't forget to switch back before booting your main OS.

Just try the ISO on an Intel system and it will work.

Changing IDE/AHCI Mode is usually placed in "Advanced Options" or "Intergrated Periphials" in BIOS.
