Hi , soon i will get a new monitor and im gonna have a dual monitor setup
and after that i will get another one to have a triple monitor setup ,
currently i have a Msi gtx660 oc twin frozr III and after i get the triple monitor setup , i want to get another graphics card for SLI , but this model is not producing anymore , can i get another gtx660 , lets say asus DirectCUII? i really want to know if the sli will work or not

Solution
Your motherboard supports crossfire, but not SLI, sorry. You can only do SLI if you get a new motherboard. Your current one is a pretty nice motherboard, so there's not much of a reason to upgrade it just for SLI when you can just get a new card. You're going to spend at least $300 on a new 660 and motherboard, so you might as well get something like a 280.
You do not need to have the exact same card, as it is the same chip, but they will both run at the same speed as the slowest one, so make sure to get one with an equal or greater speed and the same amount of memory. You also need to have a motherboard that supports SLI, and a sufficient power supply. What is your current setup? If your motherboard or power supply are not sufficient for SLI, your best choice will most likely be a single, newer card with more VRAM.
