i have finally decided to build a moderate gamig + 3d rendering pc for approx 830 USD ( Rs 50000).
this is for the purpose of studying animation and playing latest games (not necessarily heavy gaming, just better than playable graphics and fps)

i have two configs in mind:

1) intel i5 4430 3ghz lga 1150 (PROCESSOR) = Rs 11500+ asus b85m-g (MOBO) = Rs 6000 + corsair v 550w (PS) = Rs 3200 + corsair vengeance ddr3 8 gb (RAM) = Rs 6000 + asus nvidia geforce gtx 650 ti boost 2 gb (GRAPHIC CARD) = Rs 14000 + antec gx 700 (case mid tower) = Rs 4000 + wd blue wb10ezex 1 tb (HDD) = Rs 4000; total approx Rs 48000 (USD 800)

2)amd fx 8350 (PROCESSOR) = Rs 13000 + m5a97 asus (MOBO) = Rs 6000 + corsair v 550w (PS) = Rs 3200 + corsair vengeance ddr3 8 gb (RAM) = Rs 6000 + HIS AMD h785qn2g2m 2 gb ddr 5 (GRAPHIC CARD) = Rs 16000 + wd blue wb10ezex 1 tb (HDD) = Rs 4000 + antec gx series gx 700 mid tower (CASE) = Rs 4000; total approx 52000 (USD 866)

which one is better keeping these factors in mind
budget, longevity, performance, ease in upgrading, NO overclocking

if there is a better build for this money, please suggest

i've heard amd is problematic (something about overheating or performance), would it be a problem? i am not a complete noob at handling computers, though

PS: i'm building this in india, so newegg etc. are not preffered. these are flipcart or local wholesale prices.

its also good going with the amd one. actually no they dont have heat issues if you're not overclocking. as long as you add a good amount of thermal paste and installed the heatsink correctly and the cables are managed and the case is well ventilated ... you're alright.
