I have a problem when i see other people on skype when they use camera.

Is your camera not working or is it a problem with the other people's camera? If yours, what video camera are you using and how do you have it connected to your computer?

Well, my friends don't have a problem seeing other people in a group chat only me, they see me just fine but i can't see them so good.

Need more details, can't make out what is happening from your post. Is the issue with your camera not working? Or is the issue with how Skype shows you the other people. What is "can't see them so good", exactly? You can see them but something is wrong with the images? Or you can't see them at all? Need full details as to what is going on.

I can see a windows 8 user one on one but when we add a windows 7 user, we cant see the windows 8 guy. I have windows 7
