So I have been designing my first build with the help of the really useful pcpartpicker: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3r68L and if you look at the compatibility I would need to remove the 5.25 inch drive bay ( which is fine) to fit the GPU.

The problem is that the drive bay is at the top not near the graphics card slot on the motherboard where it is on some motherboards, looking at pictures the PSU is opposite the GPU slot and am concerned if it will fit behind the PSU.

Thanks in advance.

Well, it's difficult to make out but im pretty sure it's a Corsair HX750 in that prodigy, and it's a pretty long psu. A normal sized psu should be able to fit under your gpu. And the CX430 is even shorter. not even the lenght is the longest side on this psu.

You should have no problems fitting your gpu.

Hope this helps! :)

As you can see on this picture, bitfenix made sure the psu is below the gpu(s) in their case. You shouldn't worry at all.

remember there's alot of pictures of modded cases when it comes to the prodigy, also alot of the itx version.

I hope this helps you! :)

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply that picture you sent is very useful the motherboard I had chosen however doesn't have the top GPU slot like that one and only one nearer to the cpu opposite the PSU. By the looks of things that graphics card would not fit in that slot as my graphics card is 256mm I don't think it would fit.

Do I need to choose a different motherboard or is there room with a shorter PSU
