i assume your talking about your hdd? if so you will likely have to do a fresh install when changing the mobo. this is especially true if your changing brands of parts as microsoft sees this as a whole new computer, that said back up everything and be prepared!

you can use sysprep, but you will need new keys, and a new install is just nicer. If it is an OEM disk you will have to call to authorise it, they may not let you do it, so be prepared to buy a copy of windows
