Will this GPU fit into this motherboard?

Hello, I have a GA-B85M-D3H motherboard, and I'm wondering if I can fit my Nvidia GTX 780 into this mATX board.
The reason why I'm asking is because it looks like the ram slots might get in the way, and the PCI slot is a bit higher than the PCIE slot so the gpu might not go in the slot properly?
Also, there is a sata slot at the back. will that interfere?

Here are the pics:

You'll be fine, even if the tabs from the RAM slot touch the GPU, it's no problem.

Most cards have a slight bend to them on the longest edge because it's only plugged in on one-half of the card's length. With that bit of wiggle room you'll clear the slots easy :)

There is no harm at all in trying

The PCIe x16 Slot is the one closest to the processor. That is a major issue with mATX motherboards and if it is in a Mini Tower, that just adds to things as a rule. That is a long card, 10.5 Inches.

Why is the pcie slot being closest to the processor an issue with mATX boards? that makes no sense.
Oh, and I will be using mid-tower, not mini tower
