A 550W or above, modular PSU from Corsair/Cooler Master/Thermaltake/Antec, with at least 2 separate 6+2 PCI-e power connectors. If you're planning to overclock both your CPU and GPU, then at least a 650W PSU with the aforementioned features.

600W minimum, 700W or above recommended.

One more thing - look for at least a silver power rating. The higher the power rating, the slower the PSU's performance degrades over time.
