graphics card psu power requirement

i recently sax a graphic card with recommended power requirement of 600w.should i buy a 600w psu or a higher one (770w,750w).or sholud i go ahead with the current 450w psu i have.card is gtx 770 4gb
 
Solution
You can get away with a 550W PSU with a 770 if you have the usual single GPU, slightly OCed CPU, ssd and couple of HDDs. However having said that the PSU must be a top quality unit, the reason the requirements are usually quite high is so vendors and manufacturers can cover their behinds if you use a cheap PSU.
