As seen in the title, I am looking for a motherboard and power supply for this build:

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/GamingGecko/saved/4mh0

The mobo should have at least 2.1 built in sound, 4 240 pin DIMM DDR3 ram slots, 1 x16 PSI-E slot for the GPU, "depends on CPU" onboard video, 3.0 USB headers and LGA 1150 for the processor. Other than that, I don't know what else matters. I am going to have 2 hard drives and at least 1 CD drive if that helps. I want the board to work for at least 5 years and the highest I will go on the budget is $100.

The power supply should also function for at least 5 years. 500 watts should be high enough for it and the highest I will go on the budget is $80.

Good luck finding and thanks in advance for anyone who helps.

Here, for a little more you could get a better motherboard although this is still a fantastic mobo. + I had to add a CPU cooler, I assume with this build you will be gaming or something gpu/cpu intensive so the stock probably will not cut it (I would never use the stock in any build anyway)

Hi there, i've made a list with the psu & mobo, but also some extra improvements to the build.

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3rao0

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor ($118.97 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Biostar Hi-Fi B85S3+ Ver. 6.x Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: PNY XLR8 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($59.99 @ TigerDirect)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($75.79 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($319.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 230T Windowed-BLUE ATX Mid Tower Case ($74.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $914.68

1: You don't need a $100 board for a low-end socket 1150 cpu. I've took a cheap one, though it still has all the features you wanted.
2: Psu doesn't need to be the biggest you can find, XFX's psus are quality and you shouldn't run low on a 550w 80+ Bronze psu.
3: NEVER pick the "extra GDDR ram" version of a card, it'll run out of performance years before it runs out of memory, i could even squeeze a 770 in for almost the same!!
4: Because we could go cheap on the mobo & psu (though without being complete shite) i could just squeeze a 120GB SSD in there YAY right? It helps both your OS and HDD speeds, if you use the SSD as your OS drive, maybe install a game or two because its 120GB. The SSD helps the HDD because it doesn't have to deal with the OS read/writes all the time, therefore making all games on your storage drive faster.

I hope this helps you! :)

EDIT: $80 psu and $100 mobo would be a bit over the top for your build.
