Need help picking a motherboard!!!!

Okay, I'm a bit perplexed as to which mobo to get.I purchased a cooler master case- cosmos se, and v1000 psu. I am going with a i7 4770k for certain, and evga gtx 770 4gb vid card. Probably 16 gigs of ram 1866.I am going to use this beast for sound design for video production, maybe some 3d titling in vegas pro. I had the asus deluxe quad in mind ,but waited too long and can't find it anywhere. I am hoping the board would be under 400 smackers.Thank you for the help.

Thanks for the speedy response!!!! I actually thought about the extreme, it's in my amazon cart now. I am kinda a noob at this building thing, but I'm going to thrust myself into the fray, feet first.

Sounds good man! Also.. The EVGA GTX 770 4GB is one beast of a card.. I have it.
