Ram timings and speed

Hello,

My Ram defaults to

9 9 9 24, but it says on the stick that is should be 10 10 10 27 and it has also gone up to 11 11 11 29.

Which one is the best option.

I have 32gb corsair vengeance dual channel ram.

Go into BIOS and enable XMP, select profile 1 - should set them to 1600, 10-10-10-27 for you, if any problems can make sure you have the latest BIOS or let me know the mobo model, might need manual setup
