Which ram to go with Asrock Extreme4 board?

I was wondering which ram i should get with an Asrock Extreme4 board. The processor will be a i5-4670k. I see a lot of different options with about the same prices but i have no idea which one is the best for this setup.

With the Haswell K model CPU's would look at 1866 sticks a minimum, my preferred sticks are the GSkill Tridents or their Sniper line (the Tridents have a tighter CL (8) then the Snipers (9) at 1866) should have no problem running 2133 or 2400 either. If gaming is primary 1866 is good, if you do more multi-tasking, video, imaging, VMs, that type of thing then look to the 2133 or 2400
