My power supply fan is very loud during gaming. It is louder than all my other fans combined. Is there any way to fix this or should just return it and get a refund.

Solution
That unit is VERY high quality. No point to buy a different unit. Probably just a defective fan motor. RMA it to XFX and they will send you a replacement.
