I've been struggling to find a setup that does a good job of cooling and staying relatively quiet. I have an antec 300 case which comes with a 120mm fan in the rear and a 140mm fan on top, both for exhaust. I then got this fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200049
It moved a lot of air but it is too loud for me!
So then I replaced it with two of these:

They are ok; together they should be moving more air than the first fan I had alone. However, when the room is quiet I can hear them making this annoying "pulsing" noise.

Then I managed to find the specs for the antec 300 fans and saw that I am pulling out more air than pulling in. Also, that pulsing noise is more annoying to me than it should be.
So, I swapped the 120mm antec fan in the rear with one of the enermax fans. Just as quiet, got rid of the pulsing noise, but now it's not moving enough air out. (I was mining and the air coming out the exhaust fans was warmer than it ever had been before).

I have a msi twin frozer 7950 and a 1090t with a hyper tx3 cooler. Whats the best case fan setup I can have that is still considered quiet? I would like to keep using what I've already bought, but I can return the two enermax fans yet.

What I'm thinking right now is returning one enermax fan and getting a fan controller for the really loud rosewill fan. (The noise of that thing is less annoying than the high pitched whirring of my gpu fans.

Thanks.
