will this setup be able to run bf4 64 players on high 60fps

CPU: AMD FX 6300
MOBO: ASUS sabertooth 990fx
RAM: 8gb ddr3 Corsair Vengeance
GPU: AMD R9 270x 2gb
SSD:Crucial m550 240gb
PSU: Corsair CX750M

Resolution:1280x1024
RES. Scaling in-game:110

Solution
alright then the fx-8320 will fit this requirement very nicely with a gtx 760 or radeon r9 280 or 280x...i would not bellow that for 1080p if you want high/ultra settings...

When I had the FX-6300 and 7870 LE I would get dips into the 40's on BF3, and that was at 720p with some settings on medium. It's a great budget CPU but it will struggle some on larger multiplayer games. Those tend to be very CPU dependent. Overclocking will help, but I'd go with a 8320 if you can swing it. I think you'll be happier with the results if you want higher FPS.

This is a better starter for a build that will run BF4 on max settings and good framerates:

PCPartPicker part list: http://splashurl.com/kjb7uod
Price breakdown by merchant: http://splashurl.com/kjb7uod/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://splashurl.com/kjb7uod/benchmarks/

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($149.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($84.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($239.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $634.93
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

if you could then upgrade the video card for a r9 280x or GTX770 wich ever is lowest priced where you are it would be even better, but for gaming HD 1080p modern games that's all you need...you save a lot going with this motherboard but don'T worry it's very good quality and will sustain the craziest overclocks for prolonged period of time no problem...do you need the 990FX for SLI/Crossfire?

i leave the case, storage and operating system at your discretion. i recommand windows 8 of course..

the 8 core fx will run games at max settings for a longer period of time as the future games will be optimised for 8 thread capabe cpu's...for that reason i would not recommand a core i5 even if the cpu does performs really well in current and older games the fx 8 core runs them just as well and will last longer for next gen games...also gskill memory is crap from my own experience i only had problems with those sticks i would recommand the corsair vengeance even tho they are a bit pricier..

There is nothing wrong with Gskill. Every single one of my systems are using Gskill. I have had only one set go bad in the many years I have been using it, which was a ddr2 1000 set. The RMA process was quick and painless. Even my laptop is using gskill. Crysis 3 is perfectly multithreaded, and the FX 8350 loses to an Ivy i5 with regards to minimum framerate. I do agree that if you are gaming and recording, the FX does have a bit of an edge. Pure gaming, no.

crysis 3 is not ''perfectly multi-threaded'' as it use 3 heavy threads and spread the rest of the load to other available cores just like bf4 is doing, this is why the core i5 does still very good in those games...so far no games required 6 or 8 real heavy threads like real next gen games for ps4 will use, watch dogs should be the first game to do that...for gskill maybe it was bad luck on my part but memory is a delicate thing and i would not trust anything other then corsair or kingston..

This is really what i would go for to start your build, the FX-8350 will give you nothing more than the 8320, it's the same exact chip and if you plan on overclocking it anyway the 8320 will give you just as good results...and this setup will allow for the craziest overclocks

This kit will feed a GTX 780 with ease and will allow to run every modern games at highest settings for quite a while.

Are you looking to overclock just because you enjoy overclocking, or is it because you think it will result in better performance? If you just like overclocking, grab the FX and have at it. If you care about performance, get the i5.

I think it's kind of funny too how he went from FX-6300 up to the FX-8350...that's why i built the foundation of a rig with the 8320 for 365$ that would allow for monster overclocks...to get closer to the FX-6300 in prices...and will allow for epic performance in modern games provided that he could still afford an high-end GPU...but seing the low resolution OP is going to use i would say at 1280x1024 even a GTX 560 or 650 would play BF4 on ultra preset...or a radeon r7 250 for example...

..and at such low resolution i'm sure you can barely even tell the difference between low and ultra anyway...i don't see the point of building a gaming PC to game on an old crt low res monitor (or very small flat panel i don't know i don't care) op you need a new monitor to begin with that will do 1080p get something that is like 24" otherwise it's not worth all the $$ you will put in that rig...sorry

Ok, i have to say wtf? it seems that most of the ppl here doesnt know much what they are talking about, just watching some benchmark scores and rely second hand knowledge.
I have Phenom ii X4 965 Black edition and Gigabyte R9 270x 2gb. I get +60fps at High settings 1080p. fx 6300 will perform way way better, my friend owns it.
