Im planning to build an htpc this month and need to know which parts i need.
I need a cpu/gpu that can use madvr/svp/etc without a problem when playing 1080p files.
would like it quiet not too loud, also small form.
Oh and budget somewhere between 500-900. the cheaper the better. thank you
