It is a counterfeit GPU, Some Scam artists pulled one over Newegg. Me and others have emailed them about it. Their is many of them on Newegg too. I don't think Newegg lost any money since it is a third party. However the customers should be more of a concern.
Here is a forum chat about it with a response from newegg

Please be very careful! If it is too good to be true it usually is. I just hope this gets resolved before people get ripped off. I hate to see anyone waste hard earned money, Especially with the economy today. This is a time people really can't afford to be ripped off.

Look at this crap now!
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA49E1NH1536&cm_re=CX750-_-9SIA49E1NH1536-_-Product

The scammers have changed first from asia to first from united kingdom. (like we are so stupid not to know it's the same people) And they are selling a Corsair CX750 for double what it is worth. But at'least they were smart enough to steal a actual picture of the PSU instead of using the picture of the fake POS that they are scamming you with.

Why does newegg allow these scammers on their site? Just be careful when you buy from newegg from now on. Just make sure the product you are ordering is actually from newegg. Make sure it says premier with Newegg's logo.
