Replacement for Radeon 4850

My current graphics card is the Radeon HD 4850. It is the 1GB version from AMD. I'm looking for a better card to replace it with. The max power on my psu is 431w. I would prefer to not replace the psu.

I don't know what PSU you have. The wattage is a problem as you could go to a 7770, but I don't anything about any PCIe connects from the PSU and that is important.
